Plastic Parts Babyplast Injection Moulding

Babyplast Mould is suitable for injection molding of small plastic products that require high precision, and is commonly used in various product fields such as medical products, stationery, and toys. The mold for this project uses mold steel S136 with hardness of HRC48-52, and the mold life is 500,000 shots, which can be higher than 500,000 shots if maintained properly. Mold cavity is 1*2 cavity, which is also a common cavity configuration for babyplast mold. Due to the small mold and machine size, Babyplast's injection molding can greatly reduce energy and material waste in terms of material usage, but usually requires high technical requirements for mold making.
