PEEK Thermoplastic Material Molding

We have rich experience in mold making for PEEK Mould. As we know that PEEK material has good performance of high temperature resistance, which can reached 140℃ to 180℃ when mold making and also can reach to 320~390℃ during products injection molding producing. We used H13 steel with hardness of HRC48-52 in this mold. The mold cavities are 1*2, the surface finish of the cavities is polished.
