The cross helically wound steel wires reinforced-polyethylene composite pipe (UHMWPE Mining pipe、UHMWPE Dredge Pipe、UHMWPE Roller Pipe)has a reinforcement of steel plate skeleton formed by spirally winding high-strength copper coated steel wires in two opposite directions in a shape like mesh, and has a matrix of high-density polyethylene (HDPE); the steel plate skeleton and inner and outer high-density polyethylene are bonded together by using adhesive resins. The adhesive resin is a kind of high-performance bonding material modified from HDPE (high-density polyethylene), it can be bonded together with HDPE after heating, its polar bonds show strong adherence to steel, which solves the problems of nonbonding between steel and HDPE (high-density polyethylene) and enhances the composite effects.
