API 6D Certified Trunnion Ball Valve

   The Trunnion Mounted ball valve adopts the advanced spring preloaded floating valve seat assembly and the design mechanism of the upstream seal, so that the valve can be well sealed under low pressure,high pressure and vacuum. Each valve has two valve seats, which can be sealed in both directions, so there is no direction limit for installation, no matter which end of the valve can be used as the upstream end, it is a two-way valve. Trunnion Ball Valve Operation  1.Before operation, it must be confirmed that the pipeline and the ball trunnion - type ball valve have been flushed.   2.The operation of the valve is completed by the rotation of the valve stem driven by the size of the input signal of the actuator. When rotating forward by 1/4 turn (90°), the valve is closed.
